About us   The Australian Council for Educational Research is an independent, not-for-profit educational research and development organisation focused on creating and promoting research-based knowledge, products and services that can be used to improve learning across the life span.  About the role   We have an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to join our Facilities team and gain some experience in a corporate environment. We are seeking a highly organised administrator to be a first point of contact for clients, staff, and visitors to our Perth Office. The primary purpose of this position is to ensure the efficient running of our office and to provide day-to-day administration assistance which includes supporting staff with a range of tasks.    Our ideal candidate   Our ideal candidate will have:  a graduate degree in an administrative or business-related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience  high attention to detail  sound writing and editing skills  high level proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)   outstanding organisational and time management skills  strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders  Our offer    This is an ongoing part-time position (22 hours per week or 3 days) located in our Perth office.
