Location: Perth Working Hours: Full-time, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm We are a rapidly growing organization seeking an experienced Collections Officer to join our team in Perth. Demonstrate energy and enthusiasm in your role, ensuring a positive and proactive approach to debt recovery. Exceed client expectations by providing exceptional service and maintaining professional relationships. Meet and exceed agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to contribute to the success of the team. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements throughout the debt recovery process.   Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in Debt Collections. Energetic and enthusiastic attitude with a passion for achieving results. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new processes. Strong negotiation skills to achieve the best possible outcomes. Track record of meeting and surpassing agreed targets. Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients.   Self-motivated individual with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to think quickly on your feet and make informed decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and time management abilities.
