The company’s vision is to create developments with a focus on green and environmentally centred communities. Currently Scape Properties is developing a 623-lot master planned estate at Crangan Bay- Central Coast and have recently aquired another large residential development near-by. Due to the current demand in ongoing developments, Scape Properties is currently seeking a highly organised, self-motivated Development Project Manager to join our team based out of our Terrigal and/or Crangan Bay Office.  Position The position of Development Project Manager will be to assist with ongoing developments during pre, current and post construction phases. This role will be a client-side position working alongside our team to deliver our current and future developments- focusing on delivery of construction stages as well as ongoing ancillary works. The role will create immediate exposure to a wide variety of project aspects covering review, coordination, preparation, assessment, and management of tenders, awarding contracts, reviewing variations, ongoing co-ordination of contractors and consultants to deliver projects on time and budget. In this role you will have ownership of projects and lots of autonomy while being a part of a supportive and connected team. About You :  Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or Civil Engineering. Provide a high range of services including Project Management, pre and post construction activities, maintain project budgets and cost reporting monthly. Previous experience in residential land sub-divisions. 5+ years’ experience in either the public or private sector Well-developed communication skills, both written, verbal and graphics Understanding of key planning principles and practices with the ability and demonstrated willingness to learn. To be self-motivated and able work both independently as well as be guided by your colleagues.
