Administration Customer Support Officer The Company Halcyon Proteins manufactures a range of liquid and powder specialty food ingredients for the local and export markets. An Australian owned and operated company since 1946 located in Dandenong, Victoria is looking for an Administration Officer. Hours of work: Monday to Friday Permanent About the role We are seeking a highly organized person with excellent Office skills to help support the Purchasing, Logistics and general Administration of our business. The role includes the coordination of export shipments and the management of day-to-day logistics related to timely pick-up and delivery of goods to our customers. Key Responsibilities • Entering customer purchase orders; • Support logistics in booking freight and organising associated documentation; • Scheduling export shipments and associated documentation; • Manage CHEP pallet account: • Purchasing of consumables; • Assist with other administrative tasks as directed. Skills and Experience • High level of attention to detail • Customer focussed • Computer literacy in MS office- Word, Outlook & Excel • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Be punctual, possess a professional attitude with time management skills • Previous experience working in an office environment • Ability to work in a small team • Previous experience working in a Logistics role is desirable however not essential as training will be provided. Full training will be provided which will see you develop your skills.
