Service Team Leader QLD

 Job Description:

This position is based in Acacia Ridge and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the QLD State Service Operations teams including Field Service, Workshop, Pre-Delivery and Branch Logistics. This includes supervision of team members, responsibility for the job schedule, customer communication and the promotion of Kärcher Services in QLD Role & Responsibilities: Lead, coach, mentor, train and develop the Service team members. Provide excellent Customer Service and deal with Service Customer complaints promptly and efficiently. Oversee the daily job schedule and work closely with the admin team to maximize Service efficiencies. Schedule jobs as required and ensure customers are kept in the loop about job status. Hands-on support carrying out repairs and maintenance work where required for complex and critical jobs. Work closely with head office technical support to ensure complex jobs get dealt with promptly and efficiently with successful outcomes.  Provide operational management for the QLD Service Branch Office and liaise with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of the Kärcher technical services. Ensuring operational performance KPI’s are met and over-achieved, address any performance and KPI misses with the technician team.  Responsible for the continuous improvement of all operations’ related processes. Liaise with the Service Administration Team on job dispatching, scheduling and invoicing. Provide a high quality service by giving staff direction, assisting staff to improve their performance, identifying training and other staff development needs, resolving conflict and addressing occupational health and safety needs and maintaining company policies and procedures. Become a strong advocate of the Kärcher cultures and values. Ensure Van and branch stock levels are in line with requirements for Field Service and Workshop. Ensure Stock take and cycle counts are carried out as per logistics guidelines and the adhere to the goals set for stock accuracy.
