Since its inauguration, Coast 2 Coast Distributors has been a market leader in the distribution of Food and Drinks in New Castle , Maitland and Hunter. Our client base ranges from Convenience stores and groceries , to pubs, restaurants cafes and schools. About the role We are seeking an Customer Service / Accounts All Rounder to support the business on a part time / permanent full time role depending on experience. Key Responsibilities Process and manage accounts receivable transactions, processing suppliers invoices, credit notes and payments Maintain Suppliers records and reconcile customer payments Respond to and resolve Customers inquiries and issues Support the broader departments as required Success factors to the role you should: Demonstrated experience in accounts receivable / payable or a similar accounts role Strong numeracy and attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping Proficiency with accounting software and spreadsheets (experience with Xero software would be an asset) Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to liaise with suppliers/customers and internal stakeholders Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment Don't wait and apply today!
