The Opportunity: McArthur is seeking an experienced and dynamic high-level administrative professional to deliver high-level executive assistance and strategic administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Infrastructure and Assets Network. This is a great temporary opportunity for someone immediately available until the 26th September 2025 and could be potential for extension. Full time hours are on offer with a casual rate per hour of $45.34 + Superannuation. Key Responsibilities: Provide executive, administrative, and secretarial support, including organising meetings, travel, and functions. Ensure all agenda items, minutes, and associated materials are provided. Offer high-level administrative and project services to support programs and major projects in the Infrastructure and Assets Network. Conduct research and prepare background notes and briefings. Manage and filter incoming communications. Coordinate and monitor correspondence as the Divisional Liaison Officer for Elected Member requests. Maintain corporate records according to Council policies and procedures. Selection Criteria: Completion of an Advanced Diploma in a business/public administration field or similar. Demonstrated experience in a senior administrative role, or as a Business support Officer or Executive Assistant. Strong ability to managed multiple priorities simultaneously.
