The ideal candidate will have a background in transport and familiar with booking systems (e.g. Transvirtual or similar). The best candidate will understand the operational works of road transport and integrate knowledge to better customer satisfaction. Minimum of 2 years' experience in transport operations or similar customer service role required The Candidate: An active listener who can discern and interpret customer needs, conveying pertinent information via our state-of-the-art dispatch system. Understand fleet operations and allocation (dispatch) roles Experience in using transport management software (e.g. Transirtual or similar) Highly organised and articulate, both in writing and verbally. Possess a keen eye for detail, capable of detecting and avoiding potential errors before they occur. Eager to make a significant impact and distinguish yourself as a true professional. Your values of professionalism, integrity, quality, and teamwork should align with ours. Experience with dispatch booking platforms like Transvirtual and Ontime 360 would be advantageous.
