If you come from a hospitality, customer service, or sales background and are passionate about creating memorable experiences, we’ll provide the training and support to help you succeed Key Responsibilities Provide a welcoming, professional experience for all Mazda customers. Coordinate smooth and memorable vehicle deliveries. Learn and confidently demonstrate Mazda vehicle features and benefits. Support the sales team with customer follow-ups and administration. Maintain showroom and delivery area presentation to Mazda standards. Assist in managing customer relationships and database updates. Work towards transitioning into a full sales consultant role. What We’re Looking For Experience in customer-facing roles such as hospitality, retail, or service. A passion for people, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. A willingness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges. Professional personal presentation. Confidence using computers and learning new systems. A current, valid driver’s license. Availability to work an 11-day fortnight and be a proactive team player.
