BELOUIS FINANCE & STRATEGY ADMINISTRATOR

 Job Description:

Belouis is looking for someone to join our finance and strategy division to assist with identifying opportunities with our existing clients and calling to update their information for re-assessment as well as managing the calendar for our Head of Finance. You will be focused on nurturing our client relationships & providing a professional level of client service. If you are forward thinking, not afraid to pick up the phone then we would love to hear from you.   We prefer if you have experience in property finance and/or real estate industry. You will be responsible for: Updating of client details Managing bookings for the CEO and Head of Finance Working with our admin team and updating the database Working with our clients' conveyancers General client management – client liaison, portfolio monitoring.  Assist clients with all enquiries. Communicate with investors, providing updates, and providing support to the sales team. Driving the update of the CRM and systems ensuring everything is up to date and being tracked via the CRM. Be willing to grow within the company and become part of the framework of the Belouis legacy.    Requirements:  Must be good on the phone and talk in a friendly professional manner. Knowledge of finance and or real estate a bonus but not required. Must be able to work from the office as this is not a WFH role.
