We’re looking for a highly organised and motivated Admin Coordinator to support our busy Styling and Interior Design teams at our Banksmeadow office.   About the Role As an Admin Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to support person across a range of office coordination and job-related tasks. From managing job packs to assisting with customer enquiries and keeping the office running smoothly — you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our day-to-day operations stay on track.   Your Responsibilities Will Include: Managing inbound calls, messages and email/web queries Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable support Preparing styling folders in line with service delivery requirements Assisting clients with quote acceptance and payments Coordinating internal office events (birthdays, farewells etc.) Keeping the office neat, tidy and professional Distributing promotional materials as requested Attending and taking minutes at sales and operational meetings Supporting the sales and operations teams as needed Manage office supplies including inventory and orders.   What You’ll Bring: 2+ years’ experience in an admin or coordination role Great communication skills – friendly, professional and confident Strong attention to detail and time management A proactive and positive attitude Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite A current driver’s licence
