 Job Description:

Service Coordinator/ Administrator Dynamic Refrigeration Solutions is a local Darwin based company, which specialises in the supply, installation, maintenance and repair of commercial refrigeration, air conditioning and catering equipment. We currently have a full-time position available for a  Service Coordinator/ Adminsitrator, to work within our Darwin Office As a service coordinator, you will be required to provide high level support to the managers and team at DRS. The successful applicant will need to have: High level verbal and written communication skills Ability to communicate effectively with customers and provide assistance over the phone Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise competing duties Attention to detail and a commitment to completing tasks in an accurate and timely manner Capacity to take on new challenges and think logically Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team Strong Microsoft Office skills Accurately handle all incoming calls in a professional manner Coordinate and assign workflows within our operating software with support from the Service Manager Able to obtain quotes and correspond with suppliers, subcontractors and installation teams and co-ordinate ordering, purchases, follow up on logistics to ensure products are made available in the given timeline for projects and clients Collate all invoices, purchase orders and complete data entry into the accounting database Maintain registers with accurate and up to date information Experience within the commercial refrigeration and/or air conditioning industry preferred but not essential Provide general administrative support across the office as required The successful candidate is preferred to have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar service, or scheduling role.
