About the role We are seeking a motivated and organised Sales Administration professional to join our dynamic team at FAW Trucks Melbourne, a recently opened new truck dealership. We are a growing team, and this is an opportunity to make an impact with ideas and suggestions in a new business. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative sales support to the business, along with general reception and administration tasks. ensuring seamless customer service and efficient sales and business processes. Based at our modern facility in Deer Park, Victoria, you will play a key role in supporting the overall success of our business. What you'll be doing Handling incoming sales enquiries and reception duties, including responding to phone calls, emails, and other communications Preparing and processing purchase orders and invoices, and other relevant documentation Coordinating the preparation of new trucks with suppliers and workshop Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system Providing general administrative support to the Sales team & Mangement Assisting with the preparation of sales reports and general reports as required Participating in team meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of our sales processes What we're looking for Proven experience in a sales administration or customer service role, with a strong preference for previous Truck Dealership experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), CRM and Quoting tools A keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing high-quality customer service A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow What we offer At FAW Melbourne, we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and supportive work environment.
