We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Office Manager to lead day-to-day office operations at our Narangba site. This role is critical in maintaining a productive, professional, and people-first workplace environment—and no two days will look the same. What You’ll Do Be the first point of contact for visitors, couriers, and calls , ensuring smooth front-of-house service Manage day-to-day office operations including equipment upkeep , liaising with contractors, and resolving maintenance issues (plumbing, lighting, etc.) Oversee the cleanliness and presentation of the office by coordinating cleaning contractors Procure and manage office supplies, catering, and consumables , keeping everything stocked and running like clockwork Coordinate employee birthdays, gifts, team functions, and social events to keep morale high and vibes strong Assist HR with interview scheduling, onboarding setups, welcome packs , and internal communication Help facilitate training sessions, employee surveys , and maintain adherence to HR policies Maintain a professional, supportive, and organised environment that empowers every team to do their best work What You’ll Bring We’re looking for someone who: Has previous experience in administration or office coordination , ideally supporting senior leaders Understands basic HR and recruitment processes (bonus points!) Is naturally organised, time-savvy , and thrives in a multitasking environment Knows their way around Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite Can work independently, showing strong initiative and reliability Communicates clearly and professionally—both verbally and in writing Builds great internal and external relationships, with a friendly and approachable style Has a genuine passion for variety , and loves supporting others across departments Why Hanlon?
