Finance Officer role available in Coopers Plains | Commence on short notice | Permanent role Your new company This Queensland-founded company operates in the manufacturing industry. They are now seeking an experienced Finance Officer to join their team on a full-time permanent basis where the role will be based in their Brisbane Southside offices, which offers on-site car parking. Your new role Reporting to the Director, you will play an important role in this business. Core responsibilities will include on-boarding of new employees, preparing & processing payroll, end-to-end accounts payables and accounts receivables, reconciling bank accounts and general ledger, credit card reconciliations, reporting, BAS, PAYG, office administration including answering phones, ordering stationery, office supplies and providing general administration support. What you'll need to succeed You will have previous experience with payroll, accounts payable / accounts receivable and reconciliations. You will also have the ability to multitask, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, strong attention to detail and be available to commence a new role on short notice.
