About the role TIME TO SAVE' is seeking an experienced Site Auditor to join our team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive site audits to ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards and quality control measures. Based in Mulgrave, VIC 3170, this position is integral to our construction operations, contributing to the overall success and efficiency of our projects. What you'll be doing Performing scheduled and ad-hoc site inspections to assess safety, quality, and compliance with established policies and procedures Identifying and reporting any non-conformances or potential risks to the project management team Providing recommendations and guidance to site personnel to resolve issues and implement corrective actions Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all audit activities and findings Collaborating with project managers, site supervisors, and other stakeholders to address concerns and drive continuous improvement Ensuring work is carried out in accordance with relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental considerations What we're looking for Electrical & Plumbing industry experience Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality control best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with site personnel and management Proficient in report writing and data analysis to accurately document audit findings Ability to work independently and make sound, informed decisions Relevant qualifications or certifications in construction, occupational health and safety, or a related field What we offer At TIME TO SAVE', we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
