About the Role     This role is focused on supporting the legal team with all franchising documentation. This opportunity will also be highly focused on the compliance of all our brands and corporate entities. The key responsibilities will include: Preparing and co-ordinating franchising documentation. Ensuring compliance with Franchising Code. Assisting with preparation of the company’s Disclosure Document Liaising with the business for store transitions. Assisting with LawVu (legal team platform, some coding/customisation work). Co-ordinating the execution of documents. General legal secretarial support to the Legal Team. The ideal person for this opportunity will be: Highly motivated, proactive, enthusiastic, ready to learn, show initiative, and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Other skills required would be: Attention to detail Independent thinker Organised Persistent Works well in a team, builds strong relationships Works well in a fast-paced environment Paralegal/Legal Secretary/Legal Admin or Conveyancer background preferred Previous experience with DocuSign.
