Company Overview: Square Ceilings Pty Ltd is a South Australian construction company with over 12 years of experience, specializing in high-quality ceiling, partition wall, and external cladding installations for commercial and residential projects. We have delivered successful outcomes across commercial fit-outs, new homes, apartments, medical centers, and schools. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a Contract Administrator to manage various contract types, including head contracts with clients, subcontractor agreements, supplier purchase agreements, material supply contracts, and variation agreements. You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing contract documents, handling contract variations, coordinating communication between all involved parties, and ensuring contracts are properly managed to support timely and compliant project completion. Duties: 1. Draft, review, and manage various contracts related to different projects, including client contracts, subcontractor contracts, supplier purchase agreements, and so on. 2. Prepare and assess contract documents to ensure terms are accurate, reasonable, and aligned with company and project requirements. 3. Properly file, archive, organize, and maintain all contract documents to ensure completeness and easy accessibility. 4. Coordinate contract-related communication, providing clear explanations of contract terms and requirements to all parties to ensure mutual understanding. 5. Identify and evaluate potential risks within contracts, assisting in the development of risk management strategies. 6. Maintain close communication with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and other stakeholders to address and resolve issues during contract execution, facilitating smooth contract performance. 7. Stay informed of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure contracts comply with the latest requirements. 8. Foster strong contract relationships, promote collaboration among all parties, minimize disputes, and support the achievement of contract objectives. Requirements: 1. Minimum 3 years of experience in contract administration. 2. Experience in the construction industry is required. 3. Strong experience in managing head contracts, subcontractor agreements, and material procurement contracts. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
