This role is the heartbeat of our service division — coordinating technicians, supporting clients, and helping deliver safe, compliant fire systems across Brisbane. If you're an experienced coordinator looking for your next challenge, or you're already in the fire game and want a supportive team around you — we want to hear from you . 🔧 What You’ll Be Doing Coordinating service jobs from start to finish Allocating work and scheduling field technicians Answering calls and assisting with client enquiries Managing inboxes and ensuring timely customer responses Setting up and maintaining service contracts in our system Daily invoicing and financial tracking Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, clients, and team members Following up outstanding work, quotes, and invoices Keeping customer records and documentation up to date 👀 What We’re Looking For 1 years’ experience in a service admin or coordinator role Experience in the fire protection is highly regarded Confidence communicating with customers, suppliers, and technicians Strong time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills Great attention to detail — even under pressure Comfortable using job management software and learning new systems Intermediate skills in Outlook, Word, and Excel Someone who works well independently, but also supports the team 🎁 Why Join Us?
