As the Host Supervisor , you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests - setting the tone for their entire dining experience. You’ll oversee reservations and front desk operations, support the host team, and ensure every guest is welcomed warmly, seated smoothly, and looked after with genuine hospitality. What we are looking for: At least of 2 years' experience in guest services within the restaurant, hotel or tourism industry Previous experience with a reservation system such as Seven Rooms or Res Diary Previous experience in an A La Carte restaurant Experience with working with loyalty programs, vouchers and gift cards Cash handling and POS experience Current RSA certificate Strong leadership, motivational and people skills Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster About Hunter & Barrel: Hunter & Barrel is a sophisticated take on the hunter’s way, where ancient ritual combines with the raw elements of nature in a modern setting.
