ABOUT THE ROLE You will be a crucial part of the customer service team providing day-to-day support across the following responsibilities: Responding to incoming phone calls and email enquiries in a timely and professional manner Providing accurate updates and information to customers regarding the status of their orders Proactively following up on customer queries to ensure prompt resolution Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, processing orders, and managing associated documentation Supporting the Transport Coordinator by directing enquiries and facilitating internal communication Preparing and compiling reports to monitor and assess overall customer satisfaction Available for a full-time position / 38 hours per week, Mon – Fri / 9am-5pm.  ABOUT YOU To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: Excellent written and verbal communication skills A positive attitude and a “can-do” mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional service Confidence and professionalism in handling phone interactions Proficiency in data entry and administrative tasks Strong multitasking abilities with the capacity to prioritise and manage time effectively A keen memory with the ability to retain and recall key information A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and take initiative A strong commitment to following established communication protocols, procedures, and policies ABOUT KINGFIELD GALVANIZING Kingfield Galvanizing is a proudly Australian-owned family business with over 30 years of experience in hot dip galvanizing for engineering, construction, and infrastructure projects across Australia.
