ABOUT THE ROLE You will be a crucial part of the customer service team providing day-to-day support across the following responsibilities: Responding to incoming phone calls and email enquiries in a timely and professional manner Providing accurate updates and information to customers regarding the status of their orders Proactively following up on customer queries to ensure prompt resolution Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, processing orders, and managing associated documentation Supporting the Transport Coordinator by directing enquiries and facilitating internal communication Preparing and compiling reports to monitor and assess overall customer satisfaction Available for a full-time position / 38 hours per week, Mon – Fri / 9am-5pm.
