KBW Community Managment are seeking an Administration Assistant/Receptionist for our busy Body Corporate Management / Strata business based in Mooloolaba. Office hours 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday - Thursday 8.30am to 400pm Friday About the Business KBW Community Management Pty Ltd has proudly offered Body Corporate Management Services in Queensland since 2005. We have offices strategically located in the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane and Hervey Bay. The Role You will provide administrative support to various departments in our Head Office based in Mooloolaba. Main responsibilities include; reception duties; including answering incoming calls, and welcoming clients general office duties data entry, updating Body Corporate records assisting Accounts Manager with daily checking of banking run as required preparation of disclosure statements and information certificates liaising with various parties (owners, committee members, professionals and tradespersons) entering and updating owners roll details preparation of titles searches with Qld Titles Office Arranging Certificates of Occupancy with various city/town councils Preparing building documentation for Body Corporate/Strata searches Ordering Stationary for the Sunshine Coast Office Dispersing welcome letter and various documents to new owners in complexes Assist owners with documentation to gain access to owners/committee portal/software Skills and experience We are seeking a team player with: a good telephone manner & reliability happy disposition, positive attitude and team focused personality intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office excellent organisational and time management skills attention to detail is an absolute must have for this role Real Estate / Strata administration experience would be advantages but not essential for the right candidate ability to adapt and learn quickly Training will be provided to the successful applicant.
