We are currently seeking an experienced Float Operator to join our growing civil construction team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and reliable operator with a strong background in heavy haulage and machine operations . ✅ Key Responsibilities: Safely transport heavy machinery to and from various sites Confidently load and unload machines including excavators, graders, dozers, dump truck etc Operate a range of civil plant equipment as required Ensure all float movements comply with relevant permits and safety regulations 🔧 What We’re Looking For: Proven experience with float operations and heavy haulage Strong understanding of machine load ratings, tie-down procedures, and load balance Current HC Truck License (MC License desirable) White Card and relevant plant tickets (e.g., Excavator, Skid Steer, etc.) A safety-first attitude and reliable work ethic 💰 What We Offer: Competitive hourly rates + penalties Ongoing work and opportunity for full-time placement Supportive team environment Well-maintained fleet and equipment
