The successful candidate will be a key operational member of our finance team, responsible for all finance operations for our Australian entity. Working closely with our Finance Manager in the UK, you will contribute essential financial reporting so that the executive team can make effective, data-informed decisions across the business globally. Key Responsibilities: Process accounts receivable and accounts payable, including invoicing and past due reporting Run Payroll and superannuation, including new employee payroll setup Calculate and lodge payroll tax Contribute to BAS and GST reporting Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records Manage insurance Maintain asset register Manage a subset of inputs into financial models and forecasts Contribute to cost and cash management, including weekly cashflow reporting Process journal entries (depreciation, GST, payroll, capitalisation) Contribute to month-end reporting Process expense claims Communicate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers Experience and qualifications: Understanding of ATO compliance (GST, PAYG, super) Payroll experience Experience with Xero accounting software Experience creating financial reports Process improvement Diploma of Accounting or Bachelor degree in Accounting Why join Elastik?
