Legal Secretary / Accounts Clerk

Freestone Law have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Legal Secretary with Accounts experience (Trust Account and General Account management) to join our friendly, reputable boutique law firm on the Gold Coast.  This is a part time position and hours will be negotiable (approx. 20 hours per week). We are offering a competitive salary commensurate with skills and experience and flexible working arrangements will be considered for the right candidate.  Further, we are situated at Broadbeach Waters, a destination that provides an achievable work-life-balance.  You will also be provided with free car parking. About You To be successful in this role, we are seeking the following skills and attributes: Previous legal secretarial and administrative experience Previous accounts experience within a law firm Data entry, touch typing, dictation and word processing Excellent client service and telephone manner Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Team player High attention to detail Exceptional communication and organisation Ability to work well under pressure, respond promptly and effectively Leap and PEXA experience will be highly regarded.
