About the role This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Next Smile Melbourne as a Senior Dental Assistant (Implants and Surgery) . In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our dental surgeons, with a focus on implant restorative treatment for Allon4 and surgical procedures. We are passionate about creating a warm and welcoming environment where our patients can feel at ease and confident in the care they receive. 🌟What you'll be doing Assisting dental surgeons with general dental, implant and surgical procedures (specifically Allon4), ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring all necessary materials and supplies are available Providing patient care and support, including greeting patients, escorting them to the treatment room, and ensuring their comfort throughout their visit Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation Collaborating with the wider dental team to contribute to the overall success of the practice 🌟What we're looking for Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Dental Assistant, including at least 1 year of surgical/implant assistance - Allon4 preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide exceptional patient care Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of infection control and sterilisation Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment A team-oriented approach and a willingness to contribute to the overall success of the practice Relevant qualifications, such as a Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting, are highly desirable A sense of humor (laughter is the best medicine after all!) 🌟 What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package A supportive and fun team environment Opportunities for growth and development Fulltime 4 days per week (part time available).
