About the Role As our Practice Manager, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring the practice runs efficiently, the team performs at its best, and our patients receive the highest standard of care. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of the practice. Build and develop a high-performing team with a strong focus on training and leadership. Prepare and manage staff rosters and leave schedules to optimise coverage. Oversee stock ordering, inventory management, and supplier coordination. Maintain quality control, compliance, and practice accreditation standards. Drive financial and operational KPIs and ensure practice profitability. Lead team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions. Ensure a positive patient experience, addressing feedback proactively. Coordinate with dentists, specialists, and external partners for seamless workflows. Support marketing and growth initiatives for practice expansion. About You: Experience in healthcare management, preferably in a dental or medical setting. Strong leadership and people management skills. Proficiency in rostering, stock management, and quality control processes. Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and achieving KPIs. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Highly organised, adaptable, and solutions-focused. Experience with dental software (e.g., Exact) is advantageous.
