Operations Administrator – 6 to 12 Month Maternity Leave Contract Stabilcorp Pty Ltd Located in our Head office Wauchope.   Stabilcorp is a road construction, repair and maintenance company offering specialist in situ stabilisation, civil construction and shoulder widening services throughout NSW. Increasing demand for services and a healthy client base have resulted in strong and sustained growth within the business.  We are currently looking for a motivated person to join our administration team. This position is a 6 to 12-month Maternity Leave Contract with potential to extension. Ultimately you will need to be a team player but also will have the capacity to function independently this is a diverse role and changes on the fly. The successful applicant will need to be well organized and be able to move from task to task quickly and work under pressure to deadlines. Duties include but not limited to: • Completion in Xero of client claims - compile email with all QA and send claim to client • Working alongside the General Superintendent Project Managers & General Forman for weekly operations planning & Programming • Working with supervisor for any onsite needs • Placing product & Material orders with suppliers • Liaising with subcontractors • Obtaining quotes for our tendering department • Basic HR Duties – running ads, vetting applications etc, Employee inductions, employees record keeping in IMS system • Purchasing – Raising purchase orders, through to data entry for accounts team • Monthly & Quarterly Reporting • Maintain plant and equipment records, including monitoring/booking registration inspections & services as required working alongside workshop supervisor • General administration and Reception duties, in support of Management, Operations & Accounts Departments including data entry of supplier invoices to draft in Xero • Payroll – prepare payroll for all crew and management ready for processing The successful applicant will require. • A current driver’s licence • Be able to work in a team environment • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Suite specifically SharePoint & Xero or similar • Good communication skills • High proficiency in English including reading and writing • Well mannered, punctual and reliable • Excellent phone manner Contracts Administration experience in the Construction/Manufacturing industries is preferred but not essential for the right applicant
