Administrative Assistant — Full-time Parental Leave Cover (Potential for Ongoing) We are seeking a proactive and highly detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team full-time for up to 12 months, covering parental leave — with the possibility of a permanent role for the right person. About the role Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will play a crucial part in preparing technical reports, maintaining accurate records, and supporting daily administrative functions. You will manage overlapping priorities, solve problems creatively, and ensure high standards of accuracy. Key responsibilities include: Generating and verifying NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) reports Maintaining electronic and hardcopy records Collecting and collating timesheets Reception duties (answering and directing calls) Assisting with bookkeeping tasks (invoices, purchase orders) Managing office supplies and equipment Supporting process improvements and other administrative tasks as needed What you'll bring: Year 12 qualification (Senior Secondary Certificate of Education) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Confident, professional communication skills Experience working within an ISO 9001 quality management system will be highly regarded.
