About the Role Supply chain operations for a B2B business Manage administration tasks across buying, inventory, supplier and client accounts Undertake invoicing and reporting Maintain strong relationships across Woolworths, Coles and Aldi and international and local suppliers Some EA duties for the director and CEO Key Responsibilities Accurately enter, track, manage and fulfill purchase orders from key accounts including Woolworths, Coles, ALDI and Metcash Manage logistics around importation, movement of stock and timely delivery Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions and inventory movements. Investigate discrepancies Create quotes and invoices via Xero Consolidate inventory reports and stock updates Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders On occasion, prepare pitch documents About You Highly organised with a strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and show initiative to solve problems 2–3 years experience in supply chain admin preferred but not essential Strong skills in order management, inventory and supplier coordination Experience in account reconciliation and resolving data discrepancies Familiarity using ERP, inventory systems and Xero considered favourably About The Role Work from home. Ideally, you're Sydney based for ad hoc face to face WIP meetings however not essential for the rest candidate
