AB Orthodontics is looking for a reliable and detail-focused Customer Service and Office All-Rounder to support our busy team. This full-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys varied tasks, has strong attention to detail, and is happy to pitch in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly. You'll help with customer calls, process and fulfill orders, check packing and delivery details, and assist across the office when others are away. We’re after someone hands-on, organised, and proactive—someone who takes pride in doing things properly. What You'll Do: Take phone calls and assist customers with orders and enquiries Check incoming sales orders for accuracy Review picked and packed orders before they go out Confirm courier details and addresses Restock packing materials and office supplies Help with general office duties when needed Maintain checklists and simple records What You Bring: Experience in customer service, administration or dispatch Excellent attention to detail and communication skills Confidence using computers and learning systems (e.g. order or CRM systems) A practical, can-do attitude and willingness to help wherever needed Work Hours: 9am to 5pm , Monday to Friday Why Join Us?
