Job Description:
CJD Equipment is seeking a proactive and organised Field Service Co-ordinator to join our Guildford branch. In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our field service operations running efficiently. Working closely with our technicians, customers, and internal teams, you’ll coordinate jobs, manage schedules, and handle the essential admin that keeps everything moving, ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional service to our valued customers. Your key responsibilities will include: Scheduling and coordinating field service jobs Providing administrative support to the field service team Communicating with customers to confirm servicing and provide job updates Processing service reports, purchase orders, and timesheets Maintaining accurate records and job documentation Assisting with invoicing and general service admin tasks Working collaboratively with the broader Guildford team to ensure excellent customer service What You’ll Bring: Previous experience in a similar admin or service coordinator role (industry experience is a plus!) Excellent organisational and time management skills Strong communication and customer service skills A positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team Proficiency with MS Office and general admin systems What’s in it for you!
