Payroll Manager

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Payroll Manager to join a vibrant and growing hospitality group based in Fortitude Valley. This is a chance to truly make your mark across a network of well-known venues throughout Australia. This is not your average payroll role. You will be stepping into a hands-on, high-impact position where your expertise will directly support business growth and operations. With new venues opening and exciting expansion plans ahead, there's plenty of room to lead improvements, streamline systems, and drive change. What You Will Be Doing: End-to-end processing of monthly payroll (and oversight of weekly/fortnightly cycles) Managing superannuation, payroll tax, WorkCover, and compliance reporting Overseeing Time & Attendance systems across multiple venues (e.g. Humanforce) Preparing payroll reports and providing insights to senior management Supporting payroll integration for new acquisitions Ensuring compliance with hospitality awards (e.g. HIGA) and enterprise agreements What We Are Looking For: Minimum 5 years' payroll experience Strong working knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, IR/HR frameworks, and awards (especially HIGA) Proficiency with Excel and payroll systems Previous experience in hospitality or a fast-paced, multi-site environment highly regarded Proactive and detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills What's on Offer: Work from home every Wednesday Join a fast-growing, forward-thinking hospitality group Be part of a friendly, collaborative team that values your input Opportunity to lead and shape payroll operations If you are looking to step into a role where you can take ownership, make a real difference, and grow alongside a dynamic business, please Apply and contact Milena for more information at 07 3255 4803 Who are we At PERSOLKELLY, our passion is - and always has been - putting you first.
