Job Description:
Answer customers enquiries over the phone and by email in all related matters. Maintain accurate customers contact details on internal systems, update of CRM Provide research and support for billing disputes, ensuring issues are resolved according to the company guidelines. Manage back orders with customers / internal partners, escalating all delays where interaction is required. Review and make necessary corrections to information received / entered Interact with internal Managers Calculate freight charges as required. Enter freight bookings when required. General administration and support, compile, sort and verify accuracy of orders received from integrated website. Print picking slips and dispatch dockets for sales orders and give to Production Manager. Ability to learn to work on the back end of our Websites and also upload photographs from our Sybiz Vision Accounting package through the integrated system. Send Customer Invoices when required Necessary knowledge of the Microsoft Office package. IT know how to communicate what is needed for our external IT team. Reports to General Manager
