The Role As a valued member of our team, you will: Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment Develop and implement age-appropriate programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) Foster strong, respectful relationships with children and families Ensure health, safety, and wellbeing of all children in your care Support routines such as meals, sleep/rest, and transitions Maintain documentation, including observations, incident/accident forms, and attendance records Contribute to a positive team culture and ongoing quality improvement Participate in professional development and reflective practices About You To be successful in this role, you will have: A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education) A current Working with Children Check (WWCC) Current First Aid and CPR certification Sound knowledge of the NQS and EYLF Flexibility to work a range of shifts (including opening/closing) Strong communication skills and attention to detail A commitment to inclusive, culturally responsive practice A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow What We Offer Supportive and culturally rich work environment Opportunities for career progression and leadership development Ongoing mentoring and training Staff childcare discounts Experienced and supportive leadership team A workplace where your ideas and contributions are valued Ready to Apply?
