The Business:  M E Dale Crash Repairs is a well established family business which operates in a fast paced and agile environment and prides itself on exceptional Customer Service.  We are seeking a motivated & enthusiastic individual who takes pride in their work to join our dynamic and friendly team.  Working closely with the Manager this position provides administrative support across the business to ensure the effective & smooth running of the day to day operations. Part Time The role requires a team player who can work in a motivated small team environment.  Strong attention to detail is required along with a pleasant and professional style.  You will have strong organization disciplines and administration and basic accounts experience to ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time.  Key responsibilities include: Customer Service is an essential part of the role, including all incoming calls and customer enquiries Provide admin support to facilitate the daily operations of the business and maintaining internal systems Receipting and entering supplier invoices and customer invoicing Perform any other related ad-hoc admin duties as assigned by the Manager To be considered for the position you will possess: Excellent Customer Service skills and a friendly phone manner Office Administration experience, A strong ability to communicate with others, including written and oral Ability to work independently and without direct supervision Must be organised, have a high attention to detail and the ability to solve problems Have a relaxed and friendly manner Candidates with a current drivers license and motor vehicle industry experience will be preferred but it is not essential What's on Offer: In return for your above skills and experience you will be rewarded with a career enhancing role and the opportunity to join this exciting and family friendly team.
