Bookings & Events Manager
Job Description:

We’re seeking an experienced and energetic Bookings & Events Manager to oversee all aspects of event coordination and group bookings at our busy venue. About the Role:
Manage and coordinate all event enquiries, bookings, and functions (corporate, social, community).
Liaise with clients to deliver exceptional event experiences, from initial enquiry through to execution.
Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and operations teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
Maintain and grow relationships with local businesses, community groups, and regular clients.
Drive event sales and actively promote our venue’s offerings.
Oversee event set-up, run sheets, and post-event follow-up.
About You:
Proven experience in event management, hospitality, or a similar bookings/events role.
Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
Customer-focused with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient with booking systems and basic office software.
Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
