About Goulburn Region Tourism (GRT) GRT is the new Visitor Economy Partnership for the Goulburn region, covering Greater Shepparton, Mitchell, and Strathbogie Shires. We’re a small, high-impact team on a mission to grow the region’s annual visitor economy by $150 million and attract one million more visitors a year. We work in close collaboration with the three local councils, local tourism associations, tourism operators, government agencies and local communities to showcase the region’s unique nature, culture, produce, and heritage. The role We’re looking for a confident and capable Executive Assistant to support the CEO and two Industry Engagement and Marketing leads. You’ll play a central role in keeping the organisation running smoothly by coordinating meetings, managing correspondence, tracking tasks, and assisting with a wide variety of projects. Key responsibilities Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and Industry Engagement & Marketing Leads Coordinate external meetings Assist with board matters, including meeting coordination, paper preparation and minute taking Prepare reports, briefings, presentations, and digital documents Assist with social media posting and management Liaison with external bookkeeping/accounting provider Maintain document management systems and digital records (Microsoft 365/SharePoint) Support events, campaigns, and regional engagement activities Help keep everyone on track with task follow-ups and project timelines About you You’re a reliable and detail-oriented administrator who thrives in a collaborative, purpose-driven environment. You're comfortable juggling priorities and can confidently support multiple team members with professionalism and discretion. You’ll bring: 3+ years' experience in an EA, admin, or team support role Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organisation and time management skills Confidence using Microsoft 365 (especially Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Excel) Experience with Canva desirable Experience with basic budgeting or financial admin, and liaising with bookkeeping teams A proactive mindset and a flexible, can-do attitude Ability to work independently in a remote environment Ideally, you're based within the Goulburn region to stay connected with our work Position Details Title: Executive Assistant Type: Part-time (0.6 FTE – flexible days and hours) Location: Remote/work-from-home (preferably based in the Goulburn Region) Salary: $70,000 - 80,000 FTE + Superannuation Reports To: CEO How to Apply Apply via SEEK with your resume and a brief cover letter explaining your interest in the role.
