Currently we are seeking a motivated, people person to be the first point of contact for all customers prior to the delivery of their new or used vehicle. The Vehicle Delivery Coordinator will support the dealership in creating ‘customers for life’ by taking a pro-active approach to keep customers informed of the status of their vehicle purchase, along with coordinating vehicle deliveries. You will work closely to support the new vehicle team and communicate with our Pre delivery department with the fitment of Genuine accessories to ensure fast deliveries to our customers. You will also make appointments to present updates to customers “Life cycle checks” giving customers information about their current ownership.   About You Prior experience in a customer/guest/client focused role People-orientated with the ability to build strong relationships internally & externally Professional presentation and organisational skills Excellent telephone manner Can-do attitude Intermediate skills/knowledge of Microsoft Office products Previous experience in a dealership environment advantageous   What’s on offer?
