Key Responsibilities: Manage hire and equipment department invoicing (day-to-day invoicing, queries and EOM) Maintain records of all equipment transactions and activities. Entering and processing of equipment/hire documentation, quotes and contracts Supporting the workshop team with administration and entering of equipment/hire/servicing details Manage end-to-end equipment hire processes including booking, scheduling, delivery and return Communicate with customers to provide rental quotes, availability, and contract details. Liaising with clients on the hire and sale of equipment Ensure timely delivery and collection of hired equipment. Prepare hire agreements, invoices, and other documentation. Work with transport teams to arrange deliveries and collections. Support the team nationally on processing hire quotes, orders, contracts, work orders and invoices Plan and manage equipment Hire projects and coordinate workshop schedules ensuring logistics, staff and resources are aligned Resource management ensuring effective allocation, availability in line with project deadlines and client priorities To be successful, you’ll bring a combination of technical knowledge, customer focus, and organisational skill. Experience in equipment hire, hire administration, or similar industry roles Strong coordination and time management skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities High attention to detail and confident problem-solving Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and hire management systems Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to multiple hire software/platform.
