We are looking for a driven and capable NDIS Claims and Accounts Receivable Officer to join our finance team. This is a full-time work-from-home role with the opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of those we support. Key Responsibilities Reconcile roster billables in preparation for weekly billing Lodge, reconcile, and track weekly NDIS SIL claims Prepare invoices and allocate NDIS receipts Raise and allocate payments for participant invoices Liaise with operations to ensure accuracy of billing and invoicing Reconcile fortnightly young person invoices, mileage reports, POs and quote funding Support quote submissions and enter customer POs into MYOB Follow up on outstanding POs and debtor accounts Prepare sub-lease and service agreements for review Respond to internal and external stakeholder queries Assist with end-of-month processes and system improvements Provide weekly/monthly reporting and support audits What You'll Bring Essential: Strong experience in NDIS SIL claiming 3–4+ years’ experience in an Accounts Receivable role Knowledge of the SCHADS Award Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and juggle competing priorities Strong Excel and MYOB skills; experience with Flow Logic, Promaster, LBM Fleet or CTARS desirable Tertiary qualification in accounting, finance, or related discipline High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and stakeholder engagement Why Join Us? 100% remote working flexibility Not-for-profit salary packaging = more take-home pay Opportunity to work in a values-driven organisation making real impact Supportive team culture with opportunities to contribute and grow Ready to Apply?
