About the role Our client outstanding opportunity for an experienced Clinical Nurse (CN) to join their team. As part of the leadership team and supported by the Clinical Manager, the CN ensures high-quality clinical outcomes for residents through comprehensive assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care in partnership with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams. As a CN, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of clinical care staff in delivering person centred services to residents. What you'll be doing Provide comprehensive and holistic care in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards, with a strong focus on dignity, choice, and partnership with residents Lead and participate in clinical assessment, planning, and regular review of individualized care plans to ensure they reflect residents’ needs, goals, and preferences. Monitoring and managing the health and wellbeing of residents Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to RNs, ENs, Care Workers, and support staff to ensure care delivery aligns with best practice, clinical guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Promote a culture of continuous learning, reflection, and improvement within the care team. Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives and audits, ensuring timely completion of corrective actions. Monitor clinical indicators and contribute to the identification, analysis, and resolution of trends in clinical outcomes, incidents, and feedback. Maintain accurate, timely, and comprehensive documentation in resident records, including assessments, care plans, progress notes, and incident reports.
