Responsibilities  Working as part of a large team and reporting directly to the Global Payroll Manager, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:  Process weekly payroll across ANZ for 400-500 employees  Interpretation of multiple industry awards and EBA's  Responding to payroll related inquiries  Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payroll related issues Liaising with outsourced managed service payroll provider   Candidate Profile Our client believes attention to detail and striving for continuous improvement are pivotal but in addition they will require the successful candidate to have:  Experience in end-to-end payroll processing  Prior experience working with complex EBA/Awards  Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Exposure to working with large payroll systems (ADP, SAP, Oracle etc.) A desire and willingness to learn, with strong problem-solving skills Confident personality that enjoys speaking to key stakeholders What's on Offer Excellent salary $90k - $95k + super (dependent on experience) Professional development opportunities Access to global career growth opportunities Generous employee discounts to spend on company products  To apply online, please click on the appropriate link below.
