Job Description:
Receptionist Position Mon , Tue , Thur , Fri - shifts vary between 9am to 5pm & 3pm to 8pm Hours are not negotiable We require an experienced and reliable receptionist to join our Integrated Health Care Clinic. Essential Requirements: Excellent communication skills – as well as dealing with patients, you will be required to liaise with a number of different Medical Sales Representatives and VIP's. It is essential that you have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills and able to work independently or part of a team, and able to prioritise and multi-task is a must. As the front of house Receptionist you will be responsible for general reception duties as well as provide administration support to the team. Experience in admin and customer service is essential. You will also be responsible for taking calls and messages and dealing with couriers. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate outstanding customer service skills both over the telephone and face to face. The reception can get very busy in peak periods and it is vital that you are able to work under pressure whilst remaining calm and maintaining a professional attitude when dealing with clients.
