In this pivotal role, you will be an integral member of the dental practice, supporting our dentists and providing exceptional patient care. Key responsibilities Assisting dentists & hygienists during examinations and treatments. Sterilising and maintaining dental equipment and instruments Greeting patients, providing them with relevant information, and ensuring they feel comfortable throughout their visit Preparing and stocking treatment rooms with necessary supplies Performing basic laboratory tasks such as pouring and trimming study models Demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build positive relationships with patients and the dental team What we're looking for A certificate in Dental Assisting is desired but not essential Previous experience as a Dental Assistant, preferably in a general dental practice Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and customer service skills Proficient in using dental software and technology A genuine passion for dentistry and providing high-quality patient care What we offer At City Gardens Dental, we are committed to creating a supportive and inclusive work environment where our employees can thrive.
