Today we boast 84+ stores, consisting of a combination traditional convenience and convenience petroleum throughout QLD, NSW & WA. About the role We are currently seeking highly motivated and energetic Team Members to join our Rosslea team. You will need to thrive in a fast paced, team environment and always be willing to go the extra mile for our customers and your team. In order to hit the ground running, previous retail store experience and strong customer service skills will be highly regards, however we are willing to train the right person. Petrol and Convenience experience will be highly regarded . The role is physical in nature, so you will need to enjoy hands-on work, be able to meet challenging deadlines, maintain exceptional retail standards and provide outstanding customer service. TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WOULD HAVE: Prior retail experience highly regarded but not necessary as training will be provided. Food handling and kitchen experience is highly desirable. A high level of customer service skills and a friendly, positive can-do attitude. Relevant working rights, which allow for full time hours. Reliable transport. Flexibility in working hours to meet the needs of the business including some day, night and weekend shifts due to the site opening hours.
