About the Role We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Support Officer to join & work closely with our dynamic Sales team. This pivotal role ensures the smooth transition of customer files from sales through to construction, managing all contractual documentation and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. We're seeking candidates with a minimum of 2 years' experience in sales support or contract administration Candidates must have full working rights in Australia to be considered for this position Key Responsibilities Prepare and manage all Contract of Sale documentation, including variations and selections Essential Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and Word) Experience with CRM systems Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy Previous experience in sales support or contract administration Track customer finance applications and coordinate drafting of concept, planning, and working drawings Maintain company standard colour schemes and display home standards Liaise with customers, developers, brokers, suppliers, and other key stakeholders Ensure accurate record-keeping and workflow documentation Provide regular updates to customers and internal teams Monitor industry trends and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Skills & Experience Minimum 3 years' experience in an administrative role (construction industry preferred) Strong customer service and communication skills High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities Experience with legal documentation and contract administration (desirable) Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively Professional presentation and strong work ethic Valid driver's licence
