About us Stevens Partners Lawyers is a legal firm born in 2024 from the Stevens Partners conveyancing practice which was established by our founder Jeff Stevens almost 30 years ago. The Stevens Partners group is an upwardly mobile, forward thinking property practice that specialises in all forms of property and commercial law, from basic conveyancing to high end development, to property syndication. For 30 years, we have focused on providing tailored, commercially relevant, but most of all practical advice to clients of all shapes and sizes and have established ourselves as an industry leader in the Adelaide property sector. Over time, we are looking to expand the legal scope of Stevens Partners Lawyers to include other practice areas and are open to applicants who may have experience in other areas. The opportunity We are looking for a new solicitor to join our highly regarded team in a full time role, primarily assisting our Directors, Lauren Price and Tim von Einem with large scale developments and complex property and commercial matters. You will be working with our extensive client list on all matters big and small, helping real people with real issues, as well as helping large scale businesses take big strides forward. You’ll have the opportunity to assist with contract preparation, negotiation and reviews, commercial and business advice, preparation of Wills and general estate matters, running complex superannuation, trust and family farm matters, running complex commercial property and business transactions. There is also scope to practice in other areas of interest to you. This role is ideal for a person who values working autonomously in a collaborative team oriented environment.
