ABOUT OUR CLIENT & THE ROLE Our client is a Leading designer and manufacturer of luxury tapware seeking an experienced and hands-on Senior Credit Controller to take full ownership of their end-to-end debtors process. With all customer accounts recently migrated to MYOB Acumatica, this is a key opportunity to design and embed a scalable credit management system and drive improvements across the finance function. In this role, you'll lead the implementation of updated credit frameworks and policies, monitor receivables, and work cross-functionally to support risk management and cash flow discipline. You’ll also play a broader role in operational finance, contributing to system rollouts, expense management oversight, and ad hoc support across FX, reporting, and process improvements. This is a pivotal position with real influence in shaping the financial operations of an evolving organisation. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and manage the full debtors lifecycle across a wide customer portfolio within MYOB Acumatica Develop and implement scalable credit control frameworks, including credit limits and updated terms Collaborate with finance, customer service, and commercial teams to enforce credit policies Actively manage overdue accounts to ensure strong cash flow Oversee and improve sales team expense processes, including debit card usage and policy Provide ad hoc support in foreign exchange, financial reporting, and system enhancements Champion the use of MYOB Acumatica, driving efficiencies and improving reporting features Work closely with stakeholders across the business to promote financial control and discipline SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Proven background in credit control, accounts receivable, or broader finance operations Hands-on experience with MYOB Acumatica is essential Exposure to tools like Traild is advantageous Strong ability to implement credit frameworks and drive policy adoption Solid analytical and reporting capabilities, including FX and P&L support Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and managing ad hoc tasks Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a proactive and collaborative mindset
