We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and proactive Administration/Scheduler to join our amazing team located in our Laverton office. You'll be part of a growing business providing essential safety services across Victoria, backed by a friendly, down-to-earth team. What You’ll Be Doing: Responding to enquiries from clients and vendors Scheduling and coordinating jobs for our technicians Maintaining accurate records and documentation Providing end-to-end project support Preparing and emailing quotes and invoices Managing scheduled allocations for service technicians Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors for invoicing queries Making appointments and organising internal meetings Producing and processing schedules and reports A Bit About You: You are organised, reliable, and have a proven track record in administration and scheduling roles. You excel in fast-paced environments where no two days are the same. You communicate clearly and confidently, whether it’s with a teammate or a customer. You have experience in administration, scheduling, or similar roles, and are comfortable with Microsoft Office. Experience with estimating or scheduling software is a plus. Why Join FWSR Group?
